Matt & Brittany’s Epic Wedding!
Can Awesomeness be a theme? Cause that’s what this wedding was. Featuring: Iron Man on the dance floor, glow sticks, silly string, bubble gum, and a Les Miserables themed flash mob that will blow your mind. Plus, any wedding where the bride and groom dive off a stage for some amazing crowd surfing has to be labeled as “awesome at its best”, right? If all of that wasn’t enough, the pinnacle of the whole day – our lovely bride and groom – have to be two of the coolest cats in town. Seriously amazing people literally bursting with personality, fun, love, and kindness. Separately these two are a forced to be reckoned with. Together? Unstoppable. Congrats to this super-power couple. I am blessed to know you and so stoked I got to be part of your epic day!

San Francisco Wedding – Vigen & Cristina
Road trip! Kicked off the first of many bay area weddings this year with Vigen & Cristina’s San Francisco wedding. Let me tell you, this was one fun, elegant, crazy, and beautiful day. All I can say is Vigen and Cristina, you guys rock! But don’t take my word for it, I think the pics speak for themselves. Plus we got to shoot at the infamous Palace of Fine Arts as well as The Bridges Golf Club. Hard to go wrong there.
Thanks heaps and heaps to Vigen and Cristina for having us as a part of your unforgettable day. My cheeks are still sore from smiling. You two are an absolutely perfect match and we wish you nothing but a life full of love, beauty, adventure, and laughter.

Wedding at Castle Green – Till & Roxanne
This wedding felt like something out of a James Bond movie. Tuxedos, bow ties, cool cars, and of course the beautiful love interest. Or in this case, Roxanne, an absolutely stunning bride. But above all, what really stood out to me about this wedding was the overwhelming sense of love and family. Two different families from different parts of the world came together to form one new family and to embrace Till & Roxanne as they took their first steps as husband and wife. The whole day hummed with the buzz of excitement, laughter, love, and unity set to the backdrop of the famous Castle Green in Pasadena as well as the beautiful Pasadena City Hall. Congrats to Till & Roxanne! May you both have a life full of love, family, adventure, and success!

Julian & Alexandra’s Island Wedding – Catalina, CA
I was introduced to Julian & Alexandra through one of my favorite coordinators, Cathy Machado of An Event Two Be. She is seriously one of the best and truly amazing to work with, so be sure to check her out! At the time Julian & Alexandra were living in Paris so we set up a Skype Chat to talk about the day. After introducing them to Bear and Oliver – our kids/dogs who really wanted to see who was talking through the computer – we started talking more about their big day. We immediately hit it off and the more I learned about their wedding plans the more excited I got about being a part of it. I just knew it was going to be a beautiful, fun, and extremely memorable day in one of my favorite places to shoot – Catalina. The ceremony took place at the Descanso Beach Club with an amazing view of the crystal blue water and I was very excited to find out that their reception was to be held in the infamous Casino Ballroom! I have shot many times on Catalina and have always wanted to shoot inside the Casino Ballroom, and let me tell you, it is a gorgeous sight to behold. This was an absolutely stunning day full of style, fashion, laughter, tears, and love. I was thrilled to be a part of it and so glad to know Julian and Alexandra. They are two of the happiest people I have met with a zest for life and adventure. They are truly a perfect match.

Doug & Jennifer’s Wedding at Oak Creek Golf Course
I shot Doug & Jen’s engagement photos last year and over the course of emailing back and forth, sharing ideas, chatting save the dates, Facebooking, and phone calls I feel like I have really gotten to know Doug & Jen. Let me tell you there is very little not to like about these two. They are AWESOME! So much fun to be around and they are totally game for anything. They definitely know how to have a good time and in spite of it being well into the 100°s on the day of the wedding, they managed to keep things cool and packed their day with style and fun. And Oak Creek Golf Club was a beautiful setting for their amazing day. Plus it’s not every day you get to see the groom dress up as a Super Hero for the garter toss. Wedding at The Summit House – Reggie & Jazzmien
This was a stunning wedding at The Summit House in Fullerton. If you’ve never been it is a fantastic location with a great view of the whole valley. A beautiful venue for a truly gorgeous bride and her man. Thank you Reggie and Jazzmien for having us as a part of your special day. We loved getting to be there to capture all of your moments of anticipation, excitement, tears, and laughter. You guys were so much fun to work with and I wish you all the best in your new life together as Man and Wife!

David & Tatiana’s Wedding at The Rococo Room, Pasadena
It’s always fun getting to shoot in your home town, but it’s even better when you get to be around super fun people! David & Tatiana are exactly that! The whole day was full of laughter, tears, and a contagious energy that affected everyone involved. I absolutely loved working with these two and getting to capture their memories as they exchanged their vows and promised to spend the rest of their lives living for one another. Plus we got to shoot at the famous Pasadena City Hall and wrapped it up at the Rococo Room which is one of my favorite Pasadena venues, and coincidentally happens to also be part of the fantastic restaurant Cafe Santorini – one of my favorite places to eat in Pasadena! So how can you go wrong there? Congrats to David & Tatiana on an absolutely stunning day and here’s to a life full of love, happiness, and adventure!

Cameron & Jessica’s Beachside Wedding at The Waterfront Hilton – Huntington Beach, CA
This day was awesome! Cameron and Jes did an amazing job of putting together a day that truly reflected their personalities and style. Full of life, music, color, laughter and love, this is definitely one of the most exciting and memorable weddings I have been to – let alone worked! They trusted By Kerri Hatter Weddings and Events to handle the details of their beach side wedding at the Waterfront Beach Resort Hilton in Huntington Beach, Ca. The Kerri Hatter team was fantastic! Truly a delight to work with. They were personable, fun, and on top of everything.

Kevin & Yi’s Wedding at The Ritz Carlton – Laguna Nigel
Congratulations to Kevin and Yi on their gorgeous wedding at the cliff side Ritz Carlton in Laguna Nigel! I have been looking forward to this wedding ever since I met Kevin and Yi at their engagement session a few months back. I knew that after spending the day with them capturing little moments, laughter, and a few stolen kisses, that this was going to be a day to remember. And it truly was! Kevin and Yi have such a fun energy and contagious smiles that it makes it impossible not to feel happy when you are around them.
The whole day was so effortless and everything came together perfectly thanks to the awesome team at DNT Elite Events. I have worked with my fair share of coordinators over the years, but let me tell you – DNT is amazing! Super friendly, super organized, and way ahead of the game.
